- פֶּחָה, פֶּי׳m. (b. h.; = בעל פ׳, v. Del. Assyr. Handw. p. 519; פחה to be large, cmp. סָגָן; cmp. פּוּש. a. נָפִיש) grandee, high officer, governor. Y.Bets. IV, 62c (R.
